Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days. Please include your invoice or a print out of your e-confirmation (these are emailed to you from us after your order is placed) to receive a refund for the full amount you paid for the merchandise. Please note your tracking number from your label. Remember, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Since most items sell out quickly it is usually best to purchase the item and/or size you are wanting when you see it and get a full refund for your return. Sayla Blooms Boutique does not hold items. Like a return, the exchange shipping costs back to Sayla Blooms is the responsibility of the customer. Sayla Blooms Boutique will pay for the new/exchanged item to get to the customer. (Anything shipping OUT from Sayla Blooms will always be covered by us)
